Café Tostado de Variedad Bourbon, con reposo anaeróbico, y proceso de fermentación carbónica de 144 horas, mismas que nos ayudan a matizar notas aromáticas como el Jazmín y notas de sabor muy frutales y exóticas como la sandia y la piña, con un final a caramelo, con un tueste lento y medio que potencializa sus propiedades organolépticas, ideal para preparar por métodos de filtrado.
